Abrisud, Europe’s leading pool enclosure manufacturer, offers a complete service that goes from advice on sizes from our technicians to the delivery and installation of your enclosure by our installation technicians, and includes the guarantee and maintenance, with no middle-man or subcontractors.
MADE IN FRANCE
Founded in 1996 by the Chapus family, this small French company has managed to turn the pool enclosure into a technically sophisticated product that everyone can afford. The company has grown considerably since then and there are now over 200 people working for Abrisud. Abrisud manufactures in France and intalls nearly 500 enclosures a year!
Abrisud is now developing outside France and is currently present in 11 European countries.
DELIVERY
Our enclosures are delivered to our customers’ premises and installed. Every week, 35 mobile workshops leave our factories spread between Northern and Southern France to equip our customers in France and all over Europe. We deliver and install over 5000 pool enclosures a year.
INSTALLATION
Our enclosures are assembled on our customers’ premises by our installation technicians. These teams are prepared for the work of installing and assembling our pool enclosures in our internal training school. Our 70 installation technicians install over 5000 pool enclosures a year.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
A team of 10 people is at your service, at our head office and in the field:
- 2 people to take your phone call, assess the problem and provide a rapid response to your request. This After-Sales Service office will arrange for a technician to visit your home or will send you replacement parts as required.
- 8 After-Sales Service technicians spread across the regions will intervene, if necessary, on behalf of over 30,000 customers who own Abrisud enclosures in Europe.
From a simple demonstration if you find it difficult to handle the enclosure to repairs to the product following an incident, these technicians provide a rapid, local service. The installation technicians have a mobile workshop that allows them to cover a wide range of tasks.
To improve efficiency even further, the whole team is in permanent telephone and data contact with our design office and workshops.
